... and I've started to wonder: What will I do if, in fact, there is a terrorist attack on the U.S. on Halloween???

What do we do when there's a fire, flood, earthquake, etc. We dust ourselves off, evaluate, take safer measures, and go on. What we should have done after Sept. 11, 2001. You don't run around yelling that the sky is falling in, that's what the terrorists want.
