WASHINGTON - President Bush is chiding OPEC for failing to pump more oil as energy prices soar and the U.S. economy slumps.
This is pathetic.
Please: would some political cartoonist attack this?... perhaps showing W appearing before the A-rabs, hat in hand, tail (sure, why not?) between legs... abjectly begging...
