Text of Yoo memo posted online

No big surprise: the recently-released DoJ memo asserting unlimited Executive wartime power (to paraphrase) has been discussed extensively on liberal/progressive blogs. All make the same observation: that Yoo basically argues that the U.S. Constitution is a "quaint, historical" document which places no limitation on Executive power in time of war.

ACLU has posted the memo in .pdf format:

Enjoy!

Stop the madness!
